Established in 2009 by David Collins who felt that the needs of the health and social care sector could be better served by a smaller, niche practice totally dedicated to serving the sector, with the ability to immediately respond and adapt to the differing needs of operators. The reputation in the care sector of our managing director, David Collins, has taken the firm from strength to strength.

In addition to advising the association, David Collins Solicitors specialises in providing advice in relation to CQC inspections/reports, registration and regulatory enforcement; safeguarding; complaints (including LGO referrals); the review and drafting of contract terms; and dispute resolution.
